2A3 Group was formed by merging specialists in both the IT and Engineering/Technical fields into a dynamic team of industry professionals. We have over 25 years of combined experience in the staffing industry.

Maureen Harrison

Maureen Harrison has been in the IT Staffing industry for 15 years.

She has worked as a recruiter and account manager matching IT professionals for a variety of companies both small and large with positions ranging from development roles to architect, PM's  and director levels.  

Maureen has had great success in developing relationships with IT professionals who are extremely knowledgeable in their fields.  She has worked with companies who have just hired their first employee to large corporations building a contractor team for an important project.

Maureen has worked in a number of locations in Canada - Vancouver, Toronto and London.  She has cultivated relationships with candidates and clients at all levels by getting involved in her community and with grass roots recruiting efforts.

Kyle McDougall

Kyle McDougall has been in the Technical Staffing industry for 10 years and combines this with 20 years of hands on experience in the engineering and design field. This gives him a unique perspective on the requirements and needs of both candidates and potential employers. Having worked on both sides of the desk, Kyle has the industry knowledge and background to truly understand your requirements.

Kyle has worked with clients in many fields ranging from Plant Automation to Aircraft Design, Commercial Buildings to Combat Vehicles.  This varied experience allows him to adapt quickly to the changing requirements of both candidates and clients.
